By accessing or using Excluria (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Excluria provides AI-powered insurance policy analysis tools that extract and summarize information from commercial insurance policy documents. The Service is provided “as is” and is intended to assist, not replace, professional legal or insurance advice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to process
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
5. Data and Privacy
We process your uploaded documents to provide the Service. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
7. Accuracy Disclaimer
Excluria uses AI to extract information from insurance policy documents. While we strive for accuracy, extracted data may contain errors or omissions. You should always verify extracted information against the original document before relying on it for legal or financial decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excluria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
