- Documents you upload for processing (insurance policy PDFs)
- Billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
- Usage data and logs
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and improve the Service
- Process your policy documents using AI
- Send transactional emails (analysis ready notifications, renewal alerts)
- Manage your subscription and billing
- Respond to support requests
3. Document Processing
Insurance policy PDFs you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing. Documents are transmitted securely and are not used to train AI models. Extracted data is stored in your account and is accessible only to you and members of your team.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring only authorized users can access it. Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security practices throughout.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Anthropic — for AI document processing
- Supabase — for database and file storage
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Resend — for transactional emails
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a policy, the document and extracted data are permanently removed. When you delete your account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Cookies
We use cookies only for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
